TEL Announces Partial Changes in the Organization and Important Personnel Changes
This is to inform you about the following changes in the organization and important personnel changes.
1. Partial Changes in the Organization Effective on April 1st, 2013
(1) “Risk Management & Internal Control Dept.” will be abolished and its function will be transferred to “General Affairs Dept.”.
(2) “MRAM Project Preparation Dept.” will be renamed “MRAM Project Dept.”.
(3) SDBU (BUGM: Takeshi Okubo) will be reconstructed as follows.
・”Single Wafer Deposition Dept.” will be renamed “Thin Film Sales Dept.”.
・”Advanced Film Deposition Sales Support Dept.” and “RLSA Sales Promotion Dept.” will be merged to “New Tool
Planning Dept.”.
・” Advanced Film Deposition Development Center” will be abolished and transferred to Tokyo Electron Yamanashi Ltd.
(4) Timbre Technologies, Inc. will be merged with Tokyo Electron America, Inc. effective on April 1st, 2013 (planned).
