Tokyo Electron Technology Solutions (TTS) Yamanashi Regional Offices have been donating necessary equipment, such as educational materials, ICT devices, and PE equipment to certified childcare centers, elementary schools, and junior high schools in Nirasaki City as part of its initiatives to support the educational environment of children and the local community.
They have donated four times to seven childcare centers, five times to five elementary schools, and four times to two junior high schools since FY 2018, and have received great responses each year.
As specific examples, in 2023, bookshelves and strollers in addition to toys for playing house and exercise equipment were donated to seven childcare centers, while tents and large-scale monitors were given to two junior high schools. The items were greatly appreciated by the children and students.
TTS hopes that these donations will prompt the children and students to feel excited about going to their respective childcare centers and schools.
In the hope of healthy development and growth of the children in the local community who will lead the future, TTS will continue to provide ongoing support to enrich their learning activities and environment.
