Tokyo Electron Fuchu Technology Center maintains a stockpile of emergency food supplies in preparation for disasters, and regularly rotates these supplies according to their expiration dates.
This time they donated 2,500 servings of Alpha Rice “Gomoku Mixed Rice,” which was due for replacement, to local community groups operating food pantries or similar programs within the city through the Fuchu City Social Welfare Council.
The donated food will be sent to everyone in the region that needs support.
The Tokyo Electron Group will continue to work together as one to contribute to TEL FOR GOOD through community-focused activities centered on “community” and “child-rearing support,” including donations of disaster preparedness supplies and food drives.
