On June 2, the Irish team entered in the Semiconductors Golf Tournament, an event held in Dublin, Ireland, in support of Childhood Cancer Ireland.
This annual Semiconductors Golf Tournament is played with representatives from suppliers from the industry supporting customers in Ireland.
Three teams from our Maynooth office and TEL Magnetic Solutions Santry were entered, and they took this opportunity to build up the bonding and team sprits between the two offices in Ireland.
They played against more than 18 other teams and finished amazingly 1st and the 3rd.
In twenty years of participation, this was the first time Tokyo Electron Europe won this competition.
The total amount of 54,000 Euro was raised and donated to the chosen charity, Childhood Cancer Ireland.
