There are many keen golfers in Tokyo Electron Europe（TEE） and they manage to contribute their talent and enjoyment of their hobby for local charity fundraising in Germany.
The first Semiconductor for Charity-Golf Cup Dresden was held on June 2nd and invited local semiconductor clients. The event raised the fund for two local charities, Föderverein St. Franziskus Schule Dresden e.V and Sonnestrahl e.V. Dresden.
Furthermore,The event was not only to support these charities for ill and disabled children in the local community, but also to contribute the industry networking.
Through this tournament, approximately €24,000 was raised and donated to the charities.
And to our delight, one of the TEE teams won 2nd prize.
Due to the tremendous success of this year's tournament, TEE has decided to organise a second event in 2024.
