7. Partial Changes in Organization effective on July 1st, 2022
Division Organization
Integrate Development & Production 4th Division into Development & Production 1st Division.
Department Organization
(1) Corporate Innovation Division: For the reinforcement of a marketing function and the R&D function, divide a Corporate R&D Dept. in the Technology Marketing Dept. and Corporate R&D Dept. And toward a marketing functional enhancement, integrate Office Alliance Strategy with Technology Marketing Department.
(2) Backend Process Business Division: Establish ATS Business Planning Dept. by integrating and streamlining business operations within Test Systems and 3DI Dept.
(3) Global Business Platform Division: Reorganize Information Security Dept., Corporate Sustainability Management Dept., Brand Promotion Dept., and newly established Risk Management Dept., and Corporate Communication Dept., into Human Resources, General Affairs Unit; Export & Logistics Dept., into Finance Unit; and Intellectual Property Dept., into Legal, Compliance Unit.
(4) General Affairs Dept.: Establish Risk Management Dept. and Corporate Communication Dept. by spinning off from General Affairs Dept. to enhance enterprise risk management and BCP as well as promote brand & recognition to our stakeholders. After this re-organization, General Affairs Dept., enhances leaders & employees enablement and facility management functionalities.
(5) Information Security Dept.: Rename Information Security Dept. and promote information security functionality to further fulfill increased attention from stakeholders and its strategic priority.
(6) Information Systems Dept.: Reorganize IT functionality into two departments, Information Systems 1st Dept. and Information Systems 2nd Dept. to support the expansion of large-scale system construction project activities across almost all business & functional areas of TEL Group as well as the increase in projects such as DX and security.
(7) Office of Gov. Affairs & Public Policy: For the purpose of promoting Govermment Affairs and Public Policy activities, Office of Gov. Affairs & Public Policy will be newly established.
