Research & Development

Training Centre
The Tokyo Electron Training Centre opened in November 2022 and is based in Santry, outside Dublin. It serves as a training facility for our own employees and those of our customers. The site focuses on providing cutting-edge training, supporting the development of skills in the semiconductor industry. It helps to ensure that our professionals are well equipped with the necessary skills and knowledge needed to thrive in a rapidly evolving field. The site has 4 tool training rooms and three student classrooms and is the only facility of its kind in Europe. The tools allow for our engineers to have real, practical on-the-job training on state-of-the-art TEL equipment.
