The following changes in the company organization and personnel will become effective on April 1st, 2012.

1. Partial Change in the Organization Effective on April 1st

(1) In order to promote post-merger integration with Oerlikon Solar, "PVE Integration Project Dept." will be newly established under PVE(General Manager: Takashi Ito).
(2) "Oerlikon Solar FE Dept."of Tokyo Electron FE Ltd. will be transferred to PVE of Tokyo Electron Ltd. and renamed "PVE Engineering Dept."
(3) "Oerlikon Solar Dept."of PVE will be renamed "PVE Sales Dept."
(4) "Advanced Film Deposition Sales Support Dept." and "RLSA Sales Promotion Dept." will be newly established under SDBU(BUGM: Takeshi Okubo).
(5) RLSA(General Manager: Takeshi Okubo) will be abolished. The function of RLSA Sales and Marketing will be transferred to "RLSA Sales Promotion Dept." under SDBU.
(6) "Clean Track Marketing Dept." will be newly established under CTBU(BUGM: Seisu Ikeda(Yoh)).
(7) "Thermal Processing Systems Dept." of TPSBU(General Manager: Shingo Tada) will be abolished. Then, "Thermal Processing Systems Sales Dept." and "Thermal Processing Systems Marketing Dept." will be newly established under TPSBU.
(8) In order to promote business strategies in overseas, Barry Mayer and David Brough will be assigned "General Manager of Global Strategy".
