The Wafer Prober Networking System PN-300 utilizes a database to enable data flexibility and also access from other systems. The system performs a wide-range of unique functions through a standard hardware and operating system. In addition, wafer prober operation and maintenance is further supported by equipping it with an N-PAF(Network-based Prober Advanced Function).
