This is to inform that the following changes in the company organization and important personnel will become effective on April 1st, 2008 and on May 1st, 2008..


1. Partial Changes in the Organization (Effective on April 1st)

(1) Post Sales Division will be newly established to strengthen Post Sales Business,
     and Post Sales will be abolished.

(2) Services Strategy Planning Dept. will be changed the name to Post Sales Business
     Planning Dept.

(3) The management and improvement of IT system for manufacturing that Business Process
     Re-engineering Dept. in Development & Manufacturing is currently in charge,
     will be transferred to IT then Business Process Re-engineering Dept. will be abolished.

(4) Production Strategic Planning Dept. will be newly established in Development & Manufacturing
     for the purpose of planning and promoting for production strategy.

(5) Sales & Services, North America and Sales & Services, Europe will be consolidated into
     Sales & Services, North America & Europe.
