Marking the 20th year since its inception, Tokyo Electron Kyushu Limited (head office: Tosu City; president: Akira Miura) has donated approximately 10 million yen in social welfare related supplies and equipment (including transit vehicles) to cities, municipalities and other concerned organizations in appreciation for their frequent assistance to the company. The Tokyo Electron Group intends to continue working proactively to make contributions to society in the future.
