Tokyo Electron Announces Change in Representative Director
Tokyo Electron (TEL) announced that at the Board of Directors held on May 12, 2017, TEL resolved the following change in Representative Director effective on June 20, 2017.
1. Reason for the change
It is attributable to the change of management structure to promote the growth strategy and strengthen the development organization.
