TEL announces Changes for the Representative Director and Changes in the Corporate Directors and Statutory Auditor
Tokyo Electron Limited (TEL) announced that it has decided on the change for the representative director and the list of candidates for corporate directors and statutory auditor. The official decision on these matters will be made at the annual general meeting of shareholders, held on June 17, and a meeting of the board of directors, which will be held immediately after the general meeting of shareholders.
